These chocolate easter nests  are so easy to make and are really yummy too. Here's how to make them.

Ingredients

4 x full size Shredded Wheat
200g Milk Chocolate for melting
Mini Eggs
Water
Paper Cases

STEP 1:  Add water into a pan. Place a heat proof bowl on top of the pan making sure it is not touching the water.

STEP 2:  Boil the water. Whist this is boiling, break up your chocolate and add to the bowl for melting. Stirring occasionally.

STEP 3:  Break up 4 shredded wheat into a new bowl. When your chocolate has melted, stir this into your shredded wheat until it is fully covered.

STEP 4: Spoon equal amounts of the mixture into paper cases and decorate with mini eggs.

STEP 5: Pop your chocolate nests into the fridge for 15-20 minutes.

STEP 6: Take your nests out of the fridge. They are now ready for eating. Enjoy :)

EMPTIES - Everyday Beauty Favourites

There's nothing more satisfying then finally finishing a beauty or skincare product. It's so easy to move on to another product before using up the ones you have. But when you do finish up a product you must really love it, right?
Here is what I have used up at present. Some of these items are a permanent fixture in my beauty/skincare regime.

Nars

Origins

 Concealers

I'm still on the hunt to find my perfect concealer. I have very dark under eye circles (hereditary, thank s Dad)  and need a full coverage that's not cakey as I also have dry skin under the eye. This two concealers, Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer and Origins Plantscription Anti-aging Concealer, are the two I use pretty much on a daily basis. They are not cakey and have a medium coverage.  They are great for concealing the rest of the face and covers any redness. My only gripe with the Nars concealer is that the product itself uses up very quickly and is empty before you know it. Not sure if the Origins concealer  really does anything for anti aging but I don't mind as that's not what I bought for but hey, any little helps :)

Body Balms & Butters

The Body Shops body butters are my all time favourites for moisturising after a bath or shower. The butter absorbs quickly, no greasiness, and leaves you with smooth skin.  It smells great and not overpowering like some of the other body butters.  Some products leave me with itchy skin, I get no itchiness from these butters.
I can get very dry skin on the shins of my legs, especially in winter. La Roche Posay Lipikar Baume is perfect for moisturising my legs. This is definitely an ongoing re-purchase.

Neutrogena
I use this Neutrogena moisturiser every morning & night. It's oil free so helps with my oily t-zone whilst hydrates & smoothes my skin. It doesn't break me out in spots and is great under make up.  I use the bioderma mainly to remove my eye makeup. I find this version more
moisturising than the Sensibio version (the one with the pink top).  To brighten my skin and remove dead cells I prefer to use an exfoliator that contain the little micro beads. I know it's a bit old fashioned as exfoliators have moved on these days with the glycolic acids but this type with the beads remain my favourite.  This No 7 Radiance Revealed exfoliator really does make my skin glow. It's a shame that it's now been discontinued *weeps*.

Make Up

I use this L'Oreal Infallible 24h Matte Foundation basically everyday. It is so lightweight which I love in a foundation. It covers all redness and gives an even finish. I would say it has a medium coverage rather than the full coverage it states on their product.

Chapstick
Not sure if it stay on for 24hrs but I can confirm it definitely stay on throughout a full working day. It doesn't make my skin as oily as other foundations do (I have an oily t-zone). This foundation is perfect for me, in shade 11 Vanilla. Please L'Oreal never discontinue it!!
Buying the right foundation can be tricky and you don't want to waste your money buying the wrong one. Over at Review.com they have an excellent post on testing and reviewing foundations of all shades and coverage to find the best around. The post can be read here. They also share some hints and tips on how to get a flawless complexion.
The Max Factor blush is also a product I use every day. It's a cream blush in the shade 03 soft copper. It blends really well and is buildable. The shade is flattering on my pale skintone. I believe this would suit any skintone. It really is that good. This chapstick is the only lip balm I use. It moisturises my lips and doesn't leave them dry minutes after like some other lip balms do. It's also great under a matte lipstick.  Fact!

Two Other Mentions...

Sure
Just like the concealers, I struggle to find my perfect shampoo & conditioner. This L'Oreal conditioner is one I always go back to. It  does make your hair silky and shiny and makes my hair less tangled. Even though it's not specifically made for coloured hair I find it does no harm to mine whatsoever. I would even say it enhances your colour. I have to admit that I am not so keen on the shampoo in this range as it seems to make my hair stick to my scalp (but maybe that's me not washing it properly, ahem).
My deodorant of choice is the Sure cotton dry. It has a balmy texture and I never feel sweaty or smelly under the ol' pits. It doesn't have much of a smell and doesn't irritate my sensitive skin.  But y'know personal preference :)

Daytime Pyjama Shirts

Topshop £32
I often wondered when staring at my pyjamas in the mirror whilst brushing my teeth, why no one has really thought about making a pyjama shirt for daytime. I find them extremely flattering and comfortable. I thought how stylish they could look tucked into a pair of jeans.

Low and behold they have now become a trend, wearing them as part of your daytime outfit. They are , of course, a bit more fancier then your average nightwear. At present there are different styles in the shops  including cropped, silky  and floral to name but a few.

The shirt in the picture above is my new purchase from Topshop. I love the hummingbird pattern and the silky feel to it. As it's cropped I wear it over a black vest top. Sometimes buttoned up or sometimes unbuttoned and worn like a thin jacket.

Below I have picked out some of my favourites in the shops right now.
